It has been such a joy to walk through 5 years of friendship with Liz and Scott. Liz makes anyone feel cared for, and Scott's sense of humor puts strangers at ease quickly. These two are a perfect pair, and life with them is never boring! Scott and Liz started dating in college, got engaged the winter of their senior year, married on graduation day, and a little over a year later, welcomed their first baby! Little Isla took her sweet time joining the outside world, so instead of meeting and photographing her back in September, she made me wait until later. ;) 

These photos were taken on a super windy and chilly October day in Iowa. The whole Hansen crew managed so well, and Isla even slept through part of our photo session! We had to get some natural light photos (of course) and also snuck into the nursery Scott's mom has made up for Isla. I loved seeing the baby photos of Scott and his brother up on the wall above the baby table. How is that for meaningful!?
