My hands-down favorite thing is when my senior gals have so much fun, they tell their friends… and their friends come to me for senior photos, too! I just know that those are my kind of seniors, ya know!? Sophia is no exception. She’s crazy smart, talented, and so fun to hang out with! We kicked off her August senior picture session downtown. Des Moines has so many hidden corers, we found this patch of lavender and it was INCREDIBLE! After we explored the city enough, we headed out to Ankeny for more nature scenes. Sophia rocked her senior session… I had a hard time narrowing down her photos to blog!!

Aaaaand we almost ran out of light, but had to snag a few quick photos of Sophia in her “everyday” outfit of leggins and messy bun. Per mom’s request! We all know mom knows best… and I love this idea!
