It’s been a sweet surprise to have so many incredible Iowa State graduates ask for senior photos this year! Some are undergraduates, but many are exiting grad or Vet Med programs after years of hard work. With everything this past year, it’s extra special to me to have the chance to celebrate & capture photos of this milestone for such honorable persons.

Monique was my first grad session … she is graduation with honors this weekend, and will be moving back to her home state of California to start work there. We had an easy evening, enjoying the spring sunshine and talking about all kinds of things. If she wasn’t leaving Iowa, I’d probably insist that we be friends. ;)

We began our photo session on Central Campus… of course! It’s too classic to pass up. The trees were blooming and it was a beautiful sight. Monique wore her Doctoral Gown and cap, and then switched to her white coat for a few photos at the end. Leave her a warm “congrats” in the comments if you wish!
