I grew up in Cedar Falls with Laura’s family. I honestly can’t remember a time in Iowa without knowing them! So it was a fun surprise to get an email from Laura, saying that she’d love to have me photograph her wedding to Andrew. Both of these incredible humans are engineers (SO SMART!) and work at John Deere in the Cedar Valley. They met through work and built a friendship which turned into a relationship & love!
Laura and Andrew will marry in January— so we’re hoping for a warm snowy day. ;) Winter in Iowa can be a beast for sure, but no matter what, it’ll be lovely! I’m so thankful that we could explore fall at Big Woods Lake in Cedar Falls for their engagement pictures. These two were such naturals in front of the camera & it’ll be sweet to stand back and watch their love unfold in the next season of life.
