Fall brings up so many nostalgic feelings for many of us, and it’s one of the most sought after seasons for engagement (or any kind of) photos! In fact, I’m fully booked for this fall and won’t be taking any new sessions until after Thanksgiving…so wild that this year filled up so quickly. But maybe not. We’re halfway though October already (wasn’t just yesterday August!?)
Regardless, Abby and Thomas booked me this summer for their 2023 wedding and I can’t wait to photograph them on stunning ISU campus in June! They knew early on that they wanted formal fall engagement photos, so we marked a date on the calendar and prayed for good weather. Thankfully, this year we actually got a full 3+ weeks of Autumnal weather, and this evening was SO much fun! Abby’s one request was a “thru the window” picture at a fun bar downtown, so we ended the evening at The New Northwestern. (I still need to go back for a drink myself, maybe this winter!?)
