Downtown Des Moines boasts a wide range of backdrops for any kind of photography session, including senior photos (my personal favorite)! For Allison’s session, we began near the infamous pappajohn sculpture park, and enjoyed wandering the quiet streets and snapping photos in spots that sparked her interest. Then we headed up towards the capital, for a view of the city skyline and some greener space. Truly nothing beats this view at sunset - any time of the year!
Each senior session is as unique as the person in front of the camera. Since Allison holds a more laid-back personality, we kept her outfits very simple and the vibes were chill. I’m not here to pressure anyone into anything, but rather, capture this season of life for what it is to you!
