These two live in California but are getting married in Des Moines this June- with a reception just outside of the metro, at Louise’s family property. So, when they were back home over the holidays, we snuck in an hour for some engagement photos and tromped around in the beautiful fresh snow and golden hour light.
Engagement photos are such an important part of the wedding planning process! They allow you to get to know what it feels like to be in front of your photographer’s camera, and plus it’s a little bit fun to just get to hang out with your fiancé and sneak some kisses. ;) I truly love getting to photograph my couples in all seasons of life and the year, and am so glad that I’ll get to experience both winter and summer with these two!
