It’s taken me a month to get around to publishing this blog post, but thankfully we still have a few weeks before Baby R arrives, so I’m not late. ;) Nikki and Braden are some of the most kind, joyful and fun humans I’ve had the privilege to know since moving to Des Moines. Even though we rarely see each other anymore, we keep up on Instagram and so it was a WONDERFUL surprise to hear from Nikki that they were expecting. The path to parenthood took longer than hoped, but we’re just weeks away from meeting baby (and finding out if they’re a boy or girl!) and I can’t wait to get some fresh baby snuggles soon.
