Words cannot express how much fun these two were! Alysa and Kris have been together for over two years, and you can tell how comfortable they are together. We met up an hour before sunset at Papago Park to take in some of the classic “desert” sights…. well, and to get some photos with Palm Trees. Ya girl doesn’t have those in her back yard in the midwest, you know!!! ;)
Alysa and I attended school at Iowa State University together. It’s a HUGE win for me that so many of the people I met there have moved around the world! Alysa moved to Arizona after graduation, and said she’s never moving back to the land of winter again. She’s on to something, I think!!!! Winter in Phoenix is SO much warmer than Iowa. (It makes so much sense now why my grandparents came here every year!!)
This couple’s session was full of DREAMY sunset light! I love the way the desert and light interact. There’s something special about it.
